The younger and super high-energy sister of the Big Valley Bombo is back for more fun-loving party times.

A punchy and zippy assemblage of various white parcels taken from Freyja (Semillon), Valetine (Chenin Blanc) and Turbulent Juice (skin-contact Semillon). Blent after a thorough tasting of all of the components to ensure balance and a certain Big Valley je ne sais quoi. 

Here’s a couple of percentages for the blend-heads out there. - 81.5% Chenin/18.5% Semillon
- 57% seasoned oak barrique/43% stainless steel tank
- 6% Skin Contact (on the Sem)/94% direct press

Bottled with a kiss of our favorite preservative 220 - 30ppm of sulphites, to ensure stability and by the glass pourability. 

It’s got a cute little nose filled with a citrusy lemon-limey kind of character, butterscotch and marzipan nuttiness. Packing a little white blossom from the chenin. Super textural white. Aqueous and high acid up front, yet develops a richness and fullness the longer it is in the mouth, exploding into a complex and multi-faceted texture bomb. Linear acid backbone with a mouth-filling voluptuousness bulking out the frame. Chewy phenolics. Excellent length. Perfect summer sipper. 

Would pair perfectly with some white bean dip and lemon zest or a plate of cold prawns, but equally is a wine for all occasions - beach, barbecue, sashimi, thai curry, parkside, fine dining, alone, with friends, with enemies, on a rooftop, before and after 2am - a real Swiss-Army-White.
